Mr. Mofya Chisala

Mofya is a combined modern day Business and Information Technology strategic analyst with situational leadership qualities. His qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, degree in Computer Science and a diploma in Information Management. Certification in Telecommunication, Policy, Regulation & Management (TPRM), Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Risk Management, Organisational Change Management and recently Chief Information Officer (CIO) certification.
He has successfully played a leading role in five major projects costing around USD 200 million in the past 15 years, demonstrating excellent organization planning and development skills. He possesses a keen business sense and has continued to develop his knowledgebase in Business and Organisational Strategy, Risk and Change Management, Project Management and Business Development within the global arena for the past 12 years.
Mofya has consistently exhibited the 'service above self' attitude which has been evident in his execution of his duties as Director for Support Services at Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA), and also currently the President of the ICT society of Zambia.
Mr. Moonga Mumba

He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Zambia. In his over 15 years practice, Moonga has performed cyber security audits, financial audits, internal audit consultancies, digital forensic fraud investigations and IT audits. He also has experience in information security, implementing IT governance frameworks, business process re-engineering, risk management and due diligence assignments covering Financial institutions, Mining conglomerates, Manufacturing Companies, Retail Chains and Government institutions in Zambia, Africa and Europe.
He is the Assistant Director Information Systems Audits at The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA). As an avid project manager, he implemented the Integrated Audit Management Software and the integrated financial management system, SAP at ZRA. He is a subject matter expert for SAP security collaborating with ISACA on developing audit reference material for the system. Additionally, he heads quality assurance of system implementations at ZRA. He has been instrumental in the implementation of the ZRA Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
He has served on business process modernization committees for the Zambian government Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Lands as external consultant. He has presented professional IT security, audit, governance, risk and internal control papers at local conferences and the International conferences.

Richard Maulana classifies himself as a closet geek and is an avid follower of all things "gadgety" He has been in the IT industry for close to 15 years and has amassed a wealth of experience, both from a technical and a strategic/managerial level. Richard gained most of his experience in Botswana where he started work as a network administrator for an advertising agency. He then moved to an IT support and consultancy company where he was responsible for providing services to various clients. He then joined an Oracle Solutions operation as an IT Manager.
Before deciding to move back to Zimbabwe Richard was Managing Director for a company specializing in IT security services, virtualization and cloud computing in Bostwana. Richard joined Twenty Third Century Systems in August 2012 as head of their subsidiary Devoted Business Solutions (DBS). Under Richard’s stewardship DBS successfully launched the first SAP Business One Cloud offering on the African continent. Richard is married to Sarah-Donna and they have been blessed with two daughters, Mandisa Christabel and Mandidaishe Annabel. When he's not playing house with the girls he likes killing Android handsets, fixing things around the home and travelling.
